UNDER GRADUATES

Admission to all Undergraduate Programmes in Engg. and Pharmacy are made through the PRE ENGINEERING AND PHARMACY TEST EXAMINATION (PEPT) conducted by Madhya Pradesh Vyashyaik Parikasha Mandal Bhopal &   ALL INDIA ENGG. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (AIEEE). New Delhi and remaining seats are made through the merit basis of qualifying Examination i.e.12^th(PCM/PCB) .

Admission to Undergraduate Programme in Hotel Management  are made through the centralized  counseling conducted by Director Technical Education, Bhopal. Which is based on 10+2 or its equivalent.

The minimum academic qualification is min. 50% in the final examination of the 10+2 system or its equivalent for Hotel Management Programme and for Engg./Pharmacy with PCM/PCB as a compulsory subjects . Those appearing in the 10+2 final or equivalent examination may also appear in PET for consideration for provisional admission. All provisional admissions stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) is not submitted to the Institute by September 30th of the year in which admission is sought.

Reservation :- Candidates belongs to Reserve category i.e SC/ST/OBC Can get Admission against the seats as per state Govt. Norma.

Admission in IInd year

Institute has Provision for admission in Iind year for Diploma Holders/Science Graduate in relevant streams

VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS/CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION

Selected candidates will be admitted to the institute only when their records, certificates, marks etc. are verified from original documents on personal appearance before the admission committee and after depositing the necessary fees. The candidates who have been debarred /rusticated from School/College/polytechnic will not be admitted under any circumstances.

If it is found that the candidate has succeeded in getting admission to the institute on the basis of false/incorrect information or withholding relevant facts or, if at any time after admission, it is found that the admission was given to the candidate due to some mistake or oversight, admission granted to the candidate shall be liable for cancellation, without any notice, at any time during the course of his/her studies.

POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Eligibility and Selection Procedure

Admission to Post Graduate Programme in Management  are made through the Joint Entrance Examination (MPMJET) conducted by Madhya Pradesh Vyashyaik Parikasha Mandal Bhopal   and remaining seats are made through the merit basis of qualifying Examination i.e. Graduation(Any Discipline).The minimum qualification to get admission in MBA is not less than 50% marks at Graduation level

Admission to Post Graduate Programme in Computer Application  are made through the Pre MCA Examination conducted by Madhya Pradesh Vyashyaik Parikasha Mandal Bhopal and remaining seats are made through on the merit basis of qualifying Examination i.e. Graduation with Mathematics as compulsory subjects or Graduation in any stream with 12^th in Maths.

Admission to Post Graduate Programme in Engg.&Technology/M.Pharma  are made through the GATE or B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Pharm  with 60 % in relevant field.

SCHEDULE

The academic session of the Institute consists of two semesters. Generally the first semester starts in the last week of July and the second semester starts in the last week of December or as per university academic calender. Admissions to all post graduate programmes are normally made only at the beginning of the first semester and candidates must join the programmes at the commencement of the first semester.
